Shopping centre “Origo” is recognised as the best shopping centre in the Baltics

The “Baltic Real Estate Awards 2021” recognised the shopping centre “Origo” as the best in the Baltic States in 2020. In the competition, real estate experts from Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia praised the project’s innovation, design, functionality, efficiency, sustainability, the recognition received from the public and the media, the integration of the facility into the environment and other criteria that contribute to the satisfaction of tenants and visitors.

Andis Kublačovs, Project Director of “Linstow Baltic”: “It is a pleasure to be recognised at the Baltic level as several high-quality real estate projects were implemented in the Baltic States last year. From the beginning of this project, we were convinced that we would succeed in realising the vision of one of the best shopping centres in the Baltics. The criteria that the competition jury considered were essential to us during the implementation of the project. At the heart of it were and still are indicators of human well-being and the sustainability of the project.”

“This award shows that the team involved in the project, including architects, designers, builders and others, has done an excellent job, and with their work have perfectly complemented the construction of the Riga Central Railway Passenger station’s quarter with a modern, innovative, human- and nature-friendly facility,” says Evija Majevska, Commercial Director of “Linstow Baltic” and shopping centre “Origo”.
